A colorful painting of a garden scene with a blue sky, white clouds, a shining yellow sun, flying birds, a pinkish-red tulip, a large green bush with pink flowers, a tall tree with dark green leaves and brown trunk, and numerous small flowers on green grass.

Location

I offer in-person sessions in Roscommon Child and Parent Centre, Ballinameen, Boyle, on Mondays and Tuesdays and online sessions across Ireland, Mondays to Fridays.

Materials are provided for in-person sessions.

Online Sessions

Online art therapy follows the same therapeutic principles as in-person work. A quiet, private space and a stable internet connection are important.

For online work, it’s helpful to have a private place to store your artwork safely between sessions. We can discuss what this might look like and what feels manageable for you.

Online sessions can be conducted using simple art materials available at home. I can offer guidance on suitable materials and where to source them if needed.

Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential and held in line with IACAT guidelines, child protection requirements and GDPR.

Limits to confidentiality (such as safety concerns) are discussed during the first session.
